SEASONAL LOAD (WEIGHT) RESTRICTIONS: Spring defrosts weight limitations might confine loads to 85%, 75%, or even 50% of typically permitted loads during spring defrost conditions. These might be established around March and June every year, depending on routes and weather conditions.
